Our Founders
Rick Rick is a leader in digital transformation with 20 years’ experience across many sectors. Rick's mission is to modernise professional services through digital technologies and new service delivery models.
He has held leadership positions in both small and large organisations, including Neota Logic, Epiq Systems and for almost 20 years at Accenture, latterly as a Partner.
He is a member of the Advisory Board of Managing Partners Forum, ELTA, Board Advisor to City of London Corporation Digital in Law Research Initiative and Advisor to UK Industrial Strategy Funded Next Generation Professional Services Project.
Greg Greg is a technology visionary who believes in a digital future for legal services. Over 25 years, he has founded and built several innovative legal technology businesses and is an industry-recognised thought leader in technology platforms and product strategy and development. Companies he has founded or served on the management team include Neota Logic, Epiq Systems, Pinpoint Global, Dlskcovery add Ringtail Solutions.
Chris Chris Olofson is a senior executive in the global legal technology sector with expertise spanning eDiscovery, bankruptcy, and complex claims administration. Before cofounding Panoram, he served as President, Chief Operating Officer, and a member of the board of directors of Epiq Systems after co-leading the company’s IPO in 1997 and the subsequent acquisition and integration of 16 additional businesses. He has served as a board member or strategic advisor in several additional private companies, all working at the intersection of the legal profession, technology product development, and service delivery.
